MEET THE TRI-STATE TEAM

STEVE WILLIAMS, CEO

Steve is one of the founders of Tri-State Distributors, Inc., and has served as its President since it was founded.  He received his BBA from the University of Georgia in 1975.  He is a past president of the Georgia Propane Gas Association and has served on the Georgia Manufactured Housing Board.  Steve and his wife, Robin, have three children.  He enjoys golf, tennis and college football.

BILL HYND, VICE PRESIDENT OF GAS DIVISION

Bill has been with Tri-State for 19 years.  He began in Florida as a salesman and helped open our Ocala branch in 1991.  He moved to South Carolina in 1998 to cover both South & North Carolina.  In 2001, Bill was promoted to Vice-President of the Gas Division.  Bill enjoys life with his wife and two children and is a graduate of Florida State University.

JOE WALDEN, VICE PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING

Joe came to Tri-State in March of 1985 to help start the Manufactured Housing Products Division.  After building sales territories in SC, GA, and FL, Joe moved into management in 1993 and was promoted to Vice-President of Manufactured Housing in November 2000.  Joe has been married to his wife Susan for 30 years.  They have six children and two grandchildren.  Joe enjoys fishing, golfing, and time on the lake with family.

JOEY HUMPHREY, VICE PRESIDENT OF RESIDENTIAL/HVAC

Joey came to work for Tri-State in August of 1999.  Joey has been in HVAC Distribution 30 years.  In December 2004, Joey was promoted to Vice-President of Residential/HVAC Division.  Joey has been married to his wife Becky for 28 years.  He enjoys fishing, golfing, and college football.

DAVID CREWE, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

David came to work for Tri-State in February of 2004.  He has been working in the Manufactured Housing industry since 1985.  David was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Tri-State in May of 2007.  He has one daughter and is a Georgia football fan.  He also enjoys playing golf and fishing.

JANET JORDAN, CFO

Janet has been with Tri-State for 19 years.  She began working in the Accounting Department of Tri-State in 1988.  In 2001 she was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Tri-State Distributors, Inc. and has since been elected CFO.  Janet lives in Lavonia, Georgia with her husband and three daughters.  She is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
